Thanksgiving Day Rundown

November 23, 2018 in Beach, Tablescape, Thanksgiving - No Comments

We came home from our quick trip to Arizona in time to help at Troy’s Gobble Gobble Give service project at work. It was fun for the boys to see the campus where their dad spends a lot of his time. Not surprisingly, Nash started a name-tag trend.

We helped package care kits for the homeless. The boys called the assembly line, “trick-or-treating for supplies.” Blake made sure to turn it into a competition and “win” the highest number of kits packaged.

In between the service event and the feast, we took a bike ride from our house to the beach.

It was a beautiful day and apparently we were the only ones taking advantage.

Fall is hard to find in California, but we spotted some gorgeous fall colors.

Back at home, we set the table for the main event, the feast!

Service, family, nature, and an amazing meal. The best way to spend Thanksgiving!
